What is the Professional Practitioner Training?
This is a hands on, practical training in the systemic approach. It will teach you how to use these tools to transform the performance of individuals, teams and whole organisations. You will learn to create deeper solutions and more expansive possibilities for your clients, your business and yourself.This 9 day training is delivered live online in nine modules of two half days. It runs from September 2025 to May 2026. The dates are:
September 23-24, October 14-15, November 11-12, December 1-2, January 27-28, February 24-25, March 24-25, April 28-29, May 18-19. All sessions run from 8.00 am to 12.00 noon UK time.Three learning tracks run through the course: Facilitation Skills, Practical Applications, and Your Own Professional Transformation.
Facilitation Skills
This is a practical grounding in organisational constellations work. It will give you a clear understanding and a solid technique. You will learn to use constellations to see what is happening below the surface, work with root causes, and bring about clarity, insight, resolution and change. This track will give you the skills and confidence to start to use these tools straight away.
Practical Applications
This track will give you fresh ways of working with the issues that often hold performance back. You will learn specific new
techniques for:• Resolving the root causes of underperformance and obstacles to success
• Strengthening leadership, decision-making and accountability
• Clarifying purpose and creating alignment, commitment and flow
• Ending conflict and improving collaboration between individuals and teams
• Designing effective organisations and skilfully restructuring
• Clarifying your offer and attracting more clients
• Dissolving resistance to change and meeting the emerging futureThis track will make your new skills usable. You will learn how to integrate these tools into the work you already do. You will also explore how to include systemic work in your offer to the market, and how to talk about it in a way that attracts your clients.
Your Own Professional Transformation
Throughout the course you will explore your personal impact: how your own patterns shape the way you show up at work, and the results you create with your colleagues and clients. As these insights land in you they will create awareness, choice and change.As you learn these tools, you will apply them to the live challenges and opportunities you face at work. You will also explore your relationship to your market, and how to use constellations work to attract more clients. About the Trainer
Caroline Ward is an internationally recognised expert in systemic constellations work. She offers a programme of trainings that take clients from complete beginners to accomplished and experienced practitioners. Caroline also teaches constellations work by invitation in congresses, corporations and business schools all over the world.Caroline has worked as a senior executive in global corporations. At Morgan Stanley, she was Global Head of Communications for the Technology Division. Before that she held a similar role at a green energy start-up approaching IPO. Caroline runs a consultancy in London. Taster Session - June 2nd 2025 Online
If you would like to try out Constellations work and Caroline's teaching, we are offering a Taster Session on Monday June 2nd 2025. The Session will run online from 8.00 to 14.00 UK time.This is a practical, hands on way to experience the impact of this work for people who are curious to find out more. You will:
• Experience the process of constellations work in groups
• Explore your own questions in practical exercises
• Practice facilitating constellations work yourself
• Take part in a full piece of work on a live issue brought by a member of the group
• Learn four systemic principles that can clarify any organisational question
• Take away three systemic tooks you can apply immediately in your workThe Taster Session can be taken as a stand-alone training, or as an introduction to the certified Professional Practioner training.
